Night Time Routine

How do you wind down at night? Is there something specific you do?


My night goes a little like this...


It starts with playing with my dog Frankie. She stays home all day while I am at work so, we go outside to get some exercise. She loves a good game of fetch! By the time she is tired I am hungry so, we head inside for dinner.




Then comes the real relaxing; it starts with taking my make up off and making a cup of tea. My favorite is Sweet Dreams Herbal Tea from Biglow.


If I am pampering myself I use my EcoTools Mask Applicator and Mario Badescu Rose Hips Mask. Something about putting on a face mask instantly makes me feel better. Something as simple as a face mask at the end of the day is something I think everyone should experience.



Once, I've got my face mask on and tea in hand, I sit down to watch some Netflix. Anyone who knows me knows that I love watching my TV shows. Currently, I have to hold back from binge watching Blue Bloods. Its a series about a family of cops and lawyers that live in New York. It keeps me on the edge of my seat with the drama and charisma that plays out. I. Love. It.


After an episode or two I'll hop in the shower. I always try to use my EcoTools Dry Body Brush. I haven't had this for long, but if you look up the benefits of it, it is sooo good for your skin!



When I get out of the shower I brush my teeth and get ready for bed. I make sure to take Frankie out one last time, and then hop straight into bed.
